父母綠卡申請可以在我申請公民的同時遞交嗎

我五月份綠卡滿5年。聽說可以在我申請公民的同時遞交父母綠卡申請，是這樣的嗎？我看了N-400申請form，沒有得到confirmaton.  
如果是，我是不是應該馬上辦父母過來 - 等他們來了三個月後遞交我的公民申請，同時申請他們的綠卡？
