我的H1B是到2016年6月1號就6年了。現在公司幫我做perm，正在等待勞工部的prevailing wage的確認，以便接下來打廣告.


公司的HR跟我講最遲4月份我的perm就得file，他們很擔心來不及。


我想問：我的permz最遲什麽時候可以file?是2015年4月1號？


還是2015年5月31號？
-Right. But if your PERM is filed after this date, you had better ask your employer to use premium processing for your I-140 filing after the PERM is approved, thus you can use the approved I-140 for your H-1 extension beyond the 6-year H-1 limit.
