請問各位老師，我是H1B，老婆是H4，現在準備要提交485體檢，但是老婆懷孕了，網上查到有些疫苗不能接種。
-Just talk to the DR. and the Dr. will make a note on the I-693. Thus, USCIS will not deny the I-485 and will send her RFE after your wife delivers the baby, and then your wife can conduct the vaccine injections and provide the results at that time..

到時候我的體檢完了，我的綠卡已經批下來了，但是老婆的體檢項目不全，可能會被Delay，這種情況下，我老婆的身份問題應該怎麽解決，
-Her pending I-485 will allow her to stay in US legally no matter whether your green card is approved or not.
