我用EB3拿到了AP和EAT卡，今年想回國看親人。但聽說要是用AP回美國的話我就自動放棄了H1簽證，但我現在還是想保持我的H1身份，所以有點顧慮。請問，如果我用了AP，就不能保持H1的身份了嗎？
-Your status will be parolee after using AP to enter US, but you still have the H-1 benefits such as you can continue to work for the employer without using EAD, etc. You can still renew your H-1 or transfer H-1 to reinstate your H-1 status as the H-1 holder normally does. So, Using AP does not affect you anything.

另外， 我的458表遞交已經超過180天，我想換工作，但是又害怕影響綠卡的批準？
-No as long as you work in the same/similar field.
