父母辦移民 I130 的問題

正在給父母辦移民，有個關於I131的問題。按照左手皮老師的紅寶書，I131 的 part 4 Information about your proposed travel 不用填 如果是申請 I-485 的 AP. Instead provide the copy of I485 receipt notice, 無收據則附一信也可。我怎麽覺得 part 4 應該填。麻煩8老師或最近辦過的朋友給斷一下，到底應該怎麽辦？
