請問8老師：如何證明國內民政局的文件相當於美國的法庭判決

8老師，我是綠卡的時候領養的孩子已經在美國和我生活超過了兩年。我給孩子遞交了綠卡申請，今天收到移民局要求補材料的信，其中兩條是：
1. A copy of your final adoption decree registered with the appropriate civil authority indicating legal custody for at least two(2) years.
2. A copy of your court order granting legal custody issued by the appropriate civil authority prior to the finalization of your adoption and a copy of your final adoption decree registered with the appropriate civil authority.

我已經提交了中國民政局簽發的領養證，還有公證處的公證書，貌似中美的法律製度不太一樣。怎樣才能證明國內民政局的文件相當於美國的法庭最終判決呢？
