I am sorry that i confused people due to my poor expression. I am waiting for my LC. My case had been sent to fedreal labor dpt for about eight month now,i am afraid i can't get it by the end of the year.( people are discus the changing procedure in the next year).
If that happened, i won't be able to file I140 and I485 together base on the new regulation. Even worse,the long delay of LC will stuck me for a long time before my H1 expire.
