請問交I-140和I-907表的費用是怎麽做的。我在填表說明中就找到這麽一句話Make the check or money order payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security。具體是怎麽做的，去銀行，然後告訴銀行交費，銀行就會處理嗎。
