Questions:parent’s immigration

I became American citizen two years ago. Now I try to apply green card for my parents who are currently in China. There are several questions need your help:

1. How long it will take for parent’s immigration?
2. If my father is over 70 years old, any problem for applying green card?
3. How about the percentage of getting approval in parent’s immigration application?
