我姐姐有精神病曆史，住過長期的精神病院。現在有很多年都沒有犯病了。我想過些年讓她（和他老公）出來看看，或者幹脆到美國來和我住在一起。不知道這樣的情況能否有希望？直接移民如果不行，探親簽證是否有希望？

So, if your sister have not had the violence history which is harmful to others, and the Dr. prove that her illness is healed or stable, it is very possible for her to get the visa to visit you. Of course, it may be a little difficult for her to immigrate into US unless her illness is healed or not threaten to others, and also her immigration will not have public charge in the future.
