Thanks so much again. Here is my situation:
Canadian citizen, 485 filed, pending (as a dependent, not the primary applicant). After going through the automatic machine, where I selected B2 as my purpose of entry, I was still asked to go through a border officer. This officer checked my EAD/AP card, stamped my passport with "Class: I-512" and "Until" date is empty. When I came back home, check the online I-94, it said B2 and expire in Jun 2015, although my EAD/AP actually expire in Apr 2015.
Do you think I still need to go to one of the "70 Deferred Inspections Sites", just to be on the safe side ? thanks so much
