1. 申請Re-Entry permit時需要哪些手續, 要準備哪些材料, 遞交給誰?

大約需要多久才能得到結果?
-3 to 4 months.
2. 她本月底來美, 二月下旬回國. 若在此其間沒有拿到結果而是在她離美後才有結果,那麽還有效嗎?
-She can leave US after doing the fingerprinting (not need to wait for the RP approval).
3. 申請Re-Entry permit時必須人在美國嗎?
-Yes, I-131 has to be filed when she is in US physically.
可以在外國的領事館申請嗎?
-No.
