請問打指紋的center是由I-130和I-485裏填的address決定的，
還是由I-130的第22條 填的city和state？
22條問的是“Your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in"
問的原因是父母現在在妹妹那裏，所以打指紋想在那裏打。聽說那個城市的center打指紋walk-in不接受。
但是綠卡麵試時父母可能在我這裏，所以想知道22條是不是綠卡麵試的center。
