求教各位大俠，朋友幫母親申請綠卡已經麵試了兩次（因出生公證和無犯罪記錄公證書問題在11月又因要求去了一趟移民局）。現國內的繼父（朋友母親再婚，繼父住在國內,未申請綠卡）病重，朋友母親需回國，請問在綠卡未批準前可以回國嗎？需要辦理什麽手續嗎？
-Does she have advance parole in hand? If no, she needs to go to the local USCIS Office to get the emergency advance parole to the travel. Bring a completed Form I-131, passport, I-485 receipt and the evidence of the emergency, i.e. the illness proof (Dr. letter/diagnosis, or hospital letter)-translate it into English by your friend himself, not need to notarize it. The proof can be scanned in China and email to your friend.
