我是2011年2月幫她申請的，現在我媽是公民。是不是走我媽幫已婚子女申請綠卡這條路會快點？主要是姐姐兒子已經快15歲了，趕著不超齡。

我記得申請時間跟I-130 批準時間之間差，是可以小孩超額年齡往後推的。21歲+3年9個月，是嗎？
