B2 簽證失效,(<3年) 再簽需要麵簽,嗎

公婆, 2012年6月來過美國, 大約住了小一年.中間得到B2續簽認可.  現在我邀請他們過來, 需要麵簽還是到中信交材料? 
另外如果交材料, 是越詳細約好還是就交要求的就可?
