我一朋友2009年碩士畢業於美國，後申請H1B在美工作。2013年初回北京工作。如今有打算重新回美國工作。請問該如何處理身份問題。Thanks
-He needs to find a job and ask the employer to sponsor him H-1, then he can apply for the H-1 visa to enter US to work. Because his previous 6-year H-1 has not used up completely, he does not need a new H-1 quote and just enter US to work immediately using the left H-1 time. Of course, he also apply for a new H-1 quote for another 6-year H-1, but he has to wait until April 1, 2015 to file the H-1 petition and enter US on Sept. 22, 2015 or later to work in this case.
