非常感謝。關於H4在renew 時必須在美國是說遞交 renew 申請時必須在美國，還是說必須在申請後一直要等新的EAD和AP批準都要呆在美國境內；在上次辦EAD和AP時是遞交申請後就出美國了，並沒有一直在美國等到EAD和AP批準。
