Can I send I-485 with their signatures and supporting docs from US, once I-130 is approved? Or they have to send the whole sets from an address in China?
-No. They need to apply for the immigration visa in the US Consulate in Guangzhou. Wait for NVC to contact you several months later after I-130 approval.
