-If she can find a job in US and get the H-1 visa, then the child can get the H-4 visa to enter US to study, and of course, it is very difficult. Another choice is that she may get the F-1 to study in a college/university, and the child can get F-2 to study in an elementary school.
Otherwise, the kid can find a school to issue I-20 (most private schools can do that) and then, apply for F-1 visa to enter US for study. But it is impossible for the parent to stay in US to accompany the child for study for a long period of time (e.g. one year or more, even difficult for > 6 months).
