邦朋友問:關於綠卡失業，老婆申請綠卡事宜

朋友綠卡，剛畢業目前正在找工作，老婆F1身份,9月份剛遞繳了130表，現在朋友在政府醫保網站申請醫保，身份選擇了unemployment，另外也選擇了不dependent父母，請問8老師這個醫保申請對老婆轉綠卡有影響嗎？對他將來轉公民有影響嗎？
