準備給父母移民，媽在這裏呆著，沒什麽問題。主要是爸，他現在並沒有想過來呢，在國內好玩。但是想給他們兩個一起交申請。在交申請前，會讓爸去簽次證，反正現在可以有10年的簽證了。然後簽完後，就交移民申請材料，等到要打指紋的時候，讓他過來。
想問問如果這樣做的話，到時候入境會不會有問題，因為那時候他已經是申請移民了，可是拿著B1/B2 VISA進入。謝謝。
另外問下，打指紋到INTERVIEW一般需要多少時間？thanks a lot
-After they file the green card application, they can not apply for or use the B2 visa anymore due to immigration intent. They need to apply for AP to travel after they file I-485.
