放棄綠卡再次申請旅遊簽證

8老師，我想請問，我今年用商務簽證入境美國,後來申請了綠卡，遞交了485,並收到移民局打指紋通知，但後來由於個人原因，沒有去打指紋，放棄了綠卡申請並回國，請問我現在還能再次申請美國的商務或旅遊簽證嗎？（昨天看新聞，美國旅遊及商務簽剛放寬到10年）
