現在想給哥哥一家辦綠卡，有幾個問題想請教。
1. 現在排期需要十幾年。假如辦下來了，是需要馬上到美國來嗎？
-If he gets the immigration visa, he needs to enter US within 6 months from the date the visa is offered (the visa is effective for 6 months).

還是可以等個一兩年。一般可以用什麽理由推遲一兩年呢？

2.等待期間，還能申請探親簽證來美國短期玩一下嗎？
-Fine.

3.必須同時給哥哥，嫂子還有他們的孩子同時申請，還是可以分開？可以隻給他們的孩子申請嗎？
-You only can file one I-130 for your brother. When the priority date is current (排期到), his family members can apply for the immigration visa together with him.
