等待485期間收取酬金的問題

我的140已批，
正等待485，
工卡和ap卡已有，
目前是h1b，
最近有個公司想讓我做點consulting
說可以給我honorarium作為酬勞
我知道h1b是不能收的
按照工卡的話可以收這筆報酬麽？
