幾年前，跟老公吵架，called９１１，警察來，我說就是想讓警察把老公攆出家門。結果警察就把老公攆出家門，沒有逮鋪令，沒有去法庭，什麽都沒有。但是警察要了我們的駕照，這種情況會影響我們４８５的申請嗎？

-As you said, it is not arrest. So, there should not be a record in the system. But I still suggest you to ask the Police Department whether there is an arrest record there. If yes, ask the Police Department to give a copy to you, and then report it in the I-485, and explain it and provide the copy of the record. If there is not record, don't need to report it in the I-485.
