不知道如果以B2身份入境，是不是也必須有醫療保險？
-Not required (not have to).

 一般父母沒有在美國工作過，年齡超過65，可以申請Obamacare？ 好像父母移民前五年需要Sponsor負責醫療。
-Obamacare is just like any private insurance company, not special benefits from US Government. So, anyone living in US can purchase it, even non-immigrant, like F-1, H-1, B-1/B-2 holder, etc., though some of these may not be required to purchase health insurance. Read this link:
