我哥哥從國內寄去美國移民局的證件（結婚證，無犯罪紀錄，父子關係等等，的公證）已經寄失。他現在在國內隻有一份存底，我們擔心他再寄時如果又寄失，再重新申請會浪費好多時間。
-If these documents are requested by NVC, then he needs to provide the original one, not photocopy or printed copy. Your brother may send the documents to you (not to NVC directly), then you send it to NVC. These original documents will be returned to your brother during their interview for the immigration visa.

我想請問，我哥哥如果將這些公證掃描到電腦，再發email給我，我再印出來，由我這邊寄給美國移民局。連同我在這邊準備的864和所有我這邊需要的擔保證明一起寄給移民局。謝謝，
