請問父母B2簽證探親每年來美國住5-6個月的有嗎?
海關會不會因為他們去每年都來住滿6個月而隻給1-3個月的I-94?
(在考慮給父母辦綠卡還是每年辦b2)
-Normally the B-2 visa is valid for one year. After the visa expires, your parents need to apply for new B2 visa, and the VO may not approve their B2 visa application if they apply for too often.
