我是婚姻綠卡。9月已拿到。在我申請綠卡時，沒有一起申請孩子的。現在他在國內上大學，19歲過了。我想請問：

-Read the I-130 Instructions, depends on who files the I-130 (you or your spouse).

4、我三年後是要入籍的，我需不需要等入籍後再幫孩子申請，這樣是不是快些？
-You can files now (if you marriage occurred after your son was 18), and then do the I-130 upgrade if you become a US citizen, which will make the case faster.
