原有的舊護照已經收回(是因公護照), 新護照隻有現在的名字, Birth Certificate上也沒有舊名字. 也沒有改名證明.
如果不填在I-485上有什麽後果?
-No matter what, he needs to report his used name (old name) in the G-325A. If he does not report it, how can he explain his SSN and his history of previous entry into US?  Also, your birth certificate should have his old name, shouldn't?
