女兒在美國持F1簽證留學多年，在讀大學期間談了個男朋友，男友是美國公民，後來倆人進了不同的醫學院，現都是三年級的學生，準備結婚並申請婚姻綠卡。現有下麵問題，望能幫忙解答：

1）如果明年夏天前結婚並申請綠卡，明年夏天延F1簽證時會否有問題？
-Should be fine because F-1 extension does not need USCIS approval. She even does not need to keep the F-1 status after she files I-485.

是否要等F1簽證延期之後再申請綠卡？

2）如果到後年夏天畢業時綠卡或EAD都還沒拿到，F1轉J1工作簽證會否有同題？
-Fine, but need to get J-1 waiver if she is in J-1 status.

3）不知道是今年底結婚，明年夏天申請綠卡好；還是今年底先訂婚，明年夏天再結婚並申請綠卡為好？
-It does not matter as long as your son in-law has enough income to sponsor your daughter green card application. If he does not, he needs to find a joint-sponsor. Any US citizen or green card holder can be a joint-sponsor such as you or his parents, friends, etc.
