我爸爸的姐姐02年8月幫我爸辦了綠卡並且收到approval. (pirority date is Aug 2, 2002)

排期估計明年9-10月可以到.

請問:

1. 可以加我媽上去一起申請嗎?
-Yes.

2. 他們明年會用B2 來住半年.排期到,他們要回去中國還是可以人在美國辦? (which one is eaier?)
-If the PD is current when they are in US, they can file I-485 within US. Otherwise, they may apply for the immigration visa in China.

3. 如果請律師辦,一般費用大概多少? 還是自己填表辦很簡單?
