您是說這個年齡freeze是從i-130批準日期算, 而不是從i-130申請日期算嗎?
-It only can be frozen when the PD is current, not I-130 filing or approval date.
那我現在申請1-130給我弟弟,12年後他現在12歲的女兒是無法受益的, 對嗎?
-Hard to say at this point. Depends on how long your I-130 is pending. Read above my response to "幫幫看"'s question.
