【問題】
1、收到USCIS的第一封信時被索取police clearance letter，不明白具體指什麽，給他們打電話，他們讓我去local USCIS office 問。預約後去問了。USCIS officer 說隻要中國的無犯罪記錄，照辦了。USCIS第二封信到了，說材料不全，沒有美國的police clearance letter，I-485被拒。Local USCIS 的InfoPass預約單都在。這個在I-290B的statement說明一下被誤導了是不是有點用？
-Not need to address that (useless because the I485 has been denied). Because you hire a lawyer for I-290B, just give the case to the lawyer and he/she will take care of it.
2、母親目前不在美國，會不會失去I-485申請資格？她實在病得厲害，一時來不了美國。AP明年三月到期。是不是很不利？
-If she win the I-290B, the I-485 will be approved even if she is in China because she had an approved AP before she left.
3、一般I-290B要多長時間，後續在美國的麵試可能性是不是很高？
4、這個case轉成I-824可能性很大麽？
-Not need to file I-824 unless the I-290B denial.
