關於我老婆485的問題，前後發了好些帖子求助，都得到了您熱心的解答，但最終485還是被拒了，被拒理由是沒有收到回複RFE要求的材料，盡管我們實際上寄出了並且移民局那邊有人簽收。現在我們在亞特蘭大找了謝律師，遞交了290B，解釋了我們實際上寄出了材料並附上了相關證據比如當時的trackingnumber等。律師的意見是這個案子應該很簡單，有可能很快解決，但也有可能拖很久，他們建議遞交290B的同時，可以再重新遞交一份485的申請，如果290B拖得太久，有可能485先被批準了。對於這個，我不是太懂，特來向您請教，可以再遞一個485嗎？再遞一份485申請有必要嗎？如果沒有太大的意義，就不想再花1000多塊，家裏的經濟狀況並不寬裕，這次實際上律師費加290B再加上EAD卡renew，一共要花兩、三千，但如果重遞485很有必要的話，還是願意花這個錢的。
-I don't think she needs to file another new I-485. Also, because you have got green card, your wife does not have a non-immigration status, so it is still questionable whether she can be qualified for a new I-485 filing. So, don't need to waste your money. Because your wife can work using EAD, it does not matter to get the green card earlier or later. By the way, your wife can do the EAD renewal by herself and no application fee for EAD renewal.
