It means reentry permit, not AP, in your case.

這個AP用完回美後，先生的EB1的I140最後卻被拒了，然後又申請了另一個EB1， 很快被披了。在此期間，我都是一直maintain H-1 status的，所以即使用過AP但最後先生的I140被拒， 不會影響到我的N-400麵試吧？
