我哥國內的agent跟我哥說我864和864A各需要填3份。但我研究了一下表格，那裏看見有幾行是可以填他的家人的。所以我覺得還是上這來專門請教。謝謝！謝謝！另外，我哥的agent還叫我們出一張公司證明，但我看了表格，那裏說如果稅單的薪水不夠才需要加公司證明。但我哥agent卻一再提醒我一定要出公司證明。真的，填這些表格真的很令人頭大
