Please teacher 8 and P and DXs Priority Date Problem for EB2 gre

Hi,

My green card application is based on EB2 employment. I am working as an associate professor in an University.

Our priority date is 11/10/2009 which is current now.

back to 2012, my priority became currnet and I submitted my I-485 and I485 for my daughter and my wife as dependents. After ine month the priority date regressed. In october 2014, our priority became current again,   I checked our I-485 receipt yesterday, I found on my I-485 receipt the priority date is 11/10/2009. But my daughter and wife's priority in I-485 are all 02/17/2012.

1. Is it normal, or it is a mistake.
2. Do we need to do medical check again since it has been two years.
