父親病情嚴重，我需要馬上回去，我已經遞交了I－４８５和回美證AP申請，但回美證還沒收到。 這種情況可辦加急，就是拿醫院病危通知書去申請加急回美證。 但國內病危通知書是中文的。請問下麵３個選擇哪個可行：
１）我自己寫個英文的讓醫院蓋章行嗎？如果哪位有樣板信，求給發一個，多謝！
-Ask your friend to translate it into English and then, go to the Notary Public to notarize your friend's signature on the translation version. Your friend also needs to write a statement addressing that he/she knows both English and Chinese well and the translation is accurate.
Also, bring your passport, I-485 receipt and I-131 receipt (AP application receipt). No fee. You may make an appointment online, but if too urgent, you may just walk-in.

 ２）我自己翻譯成英文，然後到做公證的地方公證行嗎？
３）還是需要到律師處由律師做？那麽，律師怎麽做呢？
