-If your mother has very serious illness such as surgery, etc. which prevented her from long travel to retrun to US for the last several years (need very convincing evidences, your mother can apply for SB-1 visa in the US Consulate in Guangzhou to come back to US to keep her green card. SB-1 visa is very strict, so if your mother does not have very serious illness, don't waste her money and energy to try it. Otherwise, just do what I suggested to you before.
