本人今年master畢業，現在用opt在一家小公司上班，非敏感專業，普通商科。opt明年六月份截止。最近老板想要我和他回國出差，但是我簽證已過期，所以要是回國的話就得續簽，不知這樣風險大嗎。
-Should be fine. bring the evidence to prove that your travel is a business trip for the company for the interview in case the VO asks. Talk to your school international student office before you leave US.

我的父親已有美國綠卡，不知這一點會不會影響我的簽證。多謝
