8老師，感謝您前幾年在移民入籍過程中的幫助。今年我有想給母親辦綠卡的打算。不知道過程是怎麽樣的，大概需要多長時間，母親是否本人必須在美國境內等待，有一些什麽需要注意的問題，您是否可以簡單地介紹一下。
-If your mother is in US physically, you can file I-130 and she can file I-485 concurrently following the I-130 Instructions and I-485 Instructions, which may takes about 6 months to one year. If she is in China, you can file I-130 for her to apply for immigration visa in the US Consulate in Guangzhou, which may take about one to two years.

有人說B-2入境後至少等60天才能提交申請，有這種說法嗎?
-Not required by law, but had better wait for 2 to 3 months.
