著急的。 不知到有什麽辦法讓父母多呆半年。 我的嶽父母4月中來美，簽證10月15號到期，回國機票9月30。請問現在該怎麽半。 謝謝！
-They can stay in US and wait for the result. They are legal to stay during the B2 extension pending even if the I-94 expires.

Of course, if they want to leave US, it is fine for them to leave US on 9/30/2014 even if the B2 extension is pending and this will not affect them anything later. Keep the B2 extension approval or denial notice when you receive it in the future. This notice is very important for their future visa application in China.
