1. 通過跟公民的婚姻申請綠卡，拿到EAD/AP後還可以再申請H1B嗎？
-It does not make sense for you to get the H-1 status because you will get the green card in very short time (a few months) unless your marriage might have potential problem.

If you have a status now, you should be fine to get the H-1 within US, otherwise, you need to go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back to become an H-1 holder.

2. 如果申請，新的H1B會由於已經有移民申請，有EAD/AP為理由而被拒絕嗎？
3. 如果申請成功是不是就是雙重身份，既有一個pending的綠卡申請並且已經拿到EAD/AP，又有一個非移民H1B身份？

這種情況有何弊端？
