我是EB2，PD 是2010年1月，兩年前filed 485,有EAD，然後排期倒退了，現在一直用EAD工作。現在問題是我剛生完孩子，休完產假回去上班想隻做part time，但我看到好象排期快到了，如果排期到了的時候我是part time工作，會對我的綠卡有影響麽？多謝您的回答。
-If you receive RFE, as long as your employer (I-140 sponsor) give you a letter indicating that they will still offer you the full time job as the I-140 addressed, you will be fine.
