我申請哥哥一家移民美國現在剛好12年了。今日終於收到美國移民局的來信，這封信其中提到我第一步要去付一個affidavit of support processing fee $88.00 請問這個是什麽？
-It is I-864 processing fee which is required for immigration visa application outside US. After you pay it, NVC will send you the Form I-864, then you need to send the completed I-864 to NVC. 

另外一個很重要的是我發現我填寫我哥哥的名字時我按照了美國的名字填寫方法：例如：我哥哥的名字是王小明，他的身份證和護照上名字 拚寫是：Wang. Xiaoming 但是我當初填申請表時卻是寫 ：first name : Ming Last name: Wang Middle name : Xiao 所以我今日收到信發現他的名字就 變成 Ming Xiao Wang。 同他中國的證件名字 次序不一樣。我不知道去簽證時會不會是一個問題
-It is not a big deal, but you had better call USCIS to fix it, and also write a letter to USCIS to request them to fix it (do both ways). You need to use the correct name for future documents such as different forms. The correct name is the one in his birth certificate and passport. Normally Chinese people do not have Middle Names. In your case, First Name is "Xiaoming"; and Last name is "Wang". You had better use "Xiaoming Wang" or "Wang, Xiaoming" for regular writing, thus American people will be easily to understand it.
