我表弟這邊ＭＢＡ剛畢業，ＯＰＴ剛生效。國內有一公司想在這邊開一家分公司發展業務，想雇傭他。關於身份問題，Ｌ１估計現在不行，因為他以前沒有給這個公司工作過。他如果現在用ＯＰＴ給公司工作一年，明年ＯＰＴ到期時他可以申請Ｌ１嗎？
-No. He needs to work for the company in China for at least one year to be qualified for L-1B.
還有其他方法可以繼續留在美國為這個公司工作嗎？公司符合什麽條件才能申請Ｈ１-Ｂ？
-As long as the company is registered in US and has the money to pay the H-1 employee. it will be fine to be H-1 sponsor. Of course the position has to require at least Bachelor degree.
