如果他們準備9月底回去，現在的ap是明年3月到期，我可不可以現在再申請一份I-131, 這樣的有效期變為明年8/9月?
-No, the new I-131 can be filed only in advance up to 120 days before the old/current AP expires. They have to be physically in US to file I-131 (you can not do it for them when they are in China).

因為不知他們會待多久。
-Normally about 3 months.
