我是中國公民，現在在第三國居住和工作，有批準的EB1A的I140

現在填I-824要從adjust of status轉為consular processing。請問8老師如果我在I-824的Physical address一欄填我第三國的住址的話，National visa center會把我分配到哪個國家的US consulate做consular processing？

是中國廣州的US consulate，還是第三國的US consulate？還是我可以在某個階段自選？
-If you are not the permanent resident of the 第三國, you have to go to China to apply for the immigration visa (廣州的US consulate). You had better your address in China in I-824 as your commination address.

 

這一點對我很重要，因為我在第三國的居住時間有限，如果分配到第三國的US consulate，可能visa interview的時間我已經不在第三國了
